BioEscrow eliminates and mitigates the "at risk" elements of the technology transfer process to the licensing parties when living organisms, gene products, stem cells, hybridomas, clones and biological materials are involved.

Depositing biological materials through BioEscrow in a world-class research and cryopreservation facility minimizes the risk to both the licensor and licensee by keeping the materials and related data secure while ensuring continued, yet controlled, access.

The value of intellectual property (IP) associated with biological material can be seriously compromised by a terminated or disrupted licensing agreement. BioEscrow will assure that the biological material will be maintained and available for recovery so the IP can be licensed to another party.
